Bouncing Foam Jets

A stream of beer foam impacts and bounces off from a superamphiphobic surface. The jet breaks-up in a Rayleigh-Plateau like manner, creating satellite droplets, which then later coalesce on-the-fly.

This was our entry for the Slow Motion Video Award at the 32nd International Conference on High-Speed Imaging and Photonics at the University of Twente.
